Permission is granted to temporarily access SquadX for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of SquadX, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Complete quests honestly and submit genuine proof
• Not engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Respect other users and community managers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Community Manager Obligations

Community managers agree to:

• Fund reward pools as promised
• Verify quest submissions fairly and promptly
• Distribute rewards according to quest terms
• Maintain their community in good standing

5. Rewards and Payments

Rewards are subject to verification and approval. SquadX reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if fraud or abuse is detected. Blockchain transaction fees (gas fees) are the responsibility of the user.

6. Limitation of Liability

SquadX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via our platform or email.
